By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.

2. License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Access and use the Service
Download and use free downloaded or purchased sound packs for your own personal or commercial music production

3. Sound Packs License

When you download a sound pack, you receive a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

Use the samples/loops in your own original musical compositions
Distribute, perform, and monetize tracks containing the samples

You may NOT:

Redistribute, resell, or repackage the sounds as standalone products
Use the sounds in any illegal, immoral, or pornographic context
Claim ownership of the original samples

4. User Content

If you upload tracks or other content to the platform:

You retain ownership of your content
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute your content on the Service
You represent that your content does not infringe third-party rights

5. Payments & Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Refunds may be considered only in cases of technical failure or non-delivery (contact support within 14 days).
Prices are listed inclusive/exclusive of VAT depending on your location.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, especially for violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
